Great experience. This was my first car rental and I have zero complaints. After having a horrible experience with another transport company, Direct Express Auto was honest and quick. My Rep, Khadeejia, explained the process thoroughly. I was assigned a driver that night who reached out to me the same day. My driver Junior kept me up to date with what was going on (traffic, weather, truck delay) and my car arrived safe and sound. Definitely using them again!
