By the time I placed the order to when the car arrived it was 4 days. Driver was prompt and courteous. The representative was polite and courteous and answered all my questions with no pressure tactics. They just said call us when you're ready. I had one company that would not stop emailing and calling me. As soon as I mentioned Direct Express they started in that there are hidden fees, fuel charges etc. None of this was true. The quote I received through the internet was the price I paid, no more. I also appreciated that I didn't have to put in my contact info just to get a quote. Direct Express provided a quote instantly with no strings attached. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Thank you Direct Express...I was very pleased and satisfied.
