Looks like agent Glory Caimares speaks before being having the facts. We assigned a driver for her customers, Erica & Jason, three days after it was made available. That's very fast sports fans, especially considering North Carolina to Utah is not that easy. However, Erica and Jason blew two attempts by the carrier to pick up their vehicle and the driver could wait no longer and got on the road. Whose fault? Glory Caimares customer, of course. We hope Ms. Caimares attracts more reliable customers in the future and learns restraint when it comes to online reviews about situations in which she was not directly involved.
