Direct Express Auto Transport made the process easy and stress-free for us. Their rate was half of the closest bid we received from other companies! We did have some issue with the driver initially, but when we called Direct Express they resolved it immediately for us and we were back on track. The vehicle arrived really dirty, but there were several winter storms in route to Chicago. The driver proactively acknowledged the dirt and apologized and explained which is all we could ask for. Very happy with the overall experience!
