Quickly responded to pickup request at dealer. I expected to wait several days, but got a call soon after transaction. Company was mostly good on keeping me informed. Pickup was accomplished on Saturday after Thanksgiving and car delivered to PA on Sunday evening a few hours after ETA, but that was due to holiday traffic. Best price I saw and service was good. I would use again.
