Our outstanding record and hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry customer Sybill Kyle is dissatisfied. We notice that Ms. Kyle's vehicle was picked up one day after 1st date available (so fast), and delivered three days later from Texas to North Carolina. Most people might consider that very good service. We wish Sybill Kyle lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
