The problem was the contract specified delivery at my house and my son's and that was never the plan. We had to drive to an auto dealership away from our home and my son also had to go somewhere other than his house to get the car. We should have been told that at the outset . The driver was very pleasant and responsive but when you agree to pick a car at someone's house and you know your truck is too large, the customer needs to know that at the beginning.
