Price is Low but you Car Wont Get Picked Up, Don't Trust Reviews

I was moving from a Major city, Portland OR to another Major city Atlanta, Ga. I called a week before thanksgiving to get general information and look over reviews. Most good, so I decided to go with this company.

When I called orginally the staff felt very rushed to get a credit card information for deposit to be billed but I was happy with the reviews so I put the deposit. It was billed to my credit card that same day. When I asked what day I should make it available for transport to be to Georgia no earlier than the 15th of December the girl assured me that December 5th would be an ideal date.

As the days got closer I was calling everyday and they still had not found a carrier to get my car to Georgia. On December 12th I called it and they still had no established a carrier. I asked why they hadn't found anyone to transport because I have had other brokers who were ready to transport my car today.

I called on December 13th to canceled my order and requested my deposit put back onto my credit card. Since they I have been calling to inquire about my deposit. This company only have a few people answering the phones. I must admit I am someone irritated because this process is taking so long. I requested to speak with a manager and the girl hung up on me. Then I called back and requested a manager again and the girl put me on hold for 10 minutes then another women came back and would not give me her name or the name of the previous representative.

Today is December 29, 2008 and I still have not been returned my deposit. I call them every day and get a different answer everytime I call. They said it takes 2-4 days to return your deposit but so far it is at 16 days. Then when I call they can't tell me when its taking so long to return my deposit.

To me this company is all talk and no back up. They cannot answer anything they do wrong and they dont give you answers as far as a resolution to the problem. Feel Free to email me with questions.

Our outstanding record and positive reviews speak for itself. Customer Destinee Wilson of Portland, Oregon and Lithonia, Georgia is unfortunately not telling the whole story, though her incessant phone calls are true. Ms. Wilson was properly informed that she had been refunded her entire deposit yet asserted otherwise here, which we find odd. We found Destiny Wilson extremely demanding and impatient with the process of shipping in December from Oregon to Lithonia, Georgia (not Atlanta as she falsely asserts). Fortunately, most people do not conduct themselves in Ms Wilsons fashion. We wish Destinee Wilson good luck in all her future endeavors.
