This was the first time transporting a car. The customer reps were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a slight glitch in the order online and the rep quickly helped me. The Driver was earlier than stated on the confirmation email (which was fantastic), he was helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Direct Express Auto Transport, I was happy with the process and the results.
