I called Direct Express at 10:30 on a Wednesday morning to make arrangements to have my car shipped from a dealer's lot in Massachusetts to my home in southern NJ. Twenty three hours later, the car was sitting in my driveway! Here's how it transpired: I called Direct Express at 10:30 on Wednesday morning August 10, 2016. "Jessica" at Direct Express took down all required information from me for the transport. Received an email confirmation of my order at 10:51 AM. Received another email from Direct Express at 12:02 PM advising that my car had been assigned to a truck. Received a phone call on my cell from the truck driver at 4:45 PM advising that he was at the dealer's lot and loading the car onto his truck. Driver explained that he had two other stops to make but expected to be able to deliver my car in the morning. Received a text message from the driver at 9:00 AM on Thursday morning advising me that he was on his way and estimated his arrival time at my house in 30 minutes. Driver arrived promptly at 9:30 AM and delivered the car. Checked car for damages - none found! Entire process went like clockwork - excellent communication from Direct Express and from the driver ("Juliano" from Oliveiro Transports). Great job!
