We had some challenges in providing the vehicle to the shipper on the designated date/time do to some unfortunate damage to the car while at the body shop. Consequently, Direct Express rescheduled the pickup of the vehicle twice without any issues or hassles. We found the Jessie to be friendly an very helpful. An excellent experience.
