This was the first time I have used a transport service, but Direct Express was recommended to me by my sister whose son used them twice with no issues. They were knowledgeable and informative on the phone during the reservation process. The truck arrived the evening before the scheduled pickup date, but that was fine, as the car was ready to go. They arrived at the destination the day before the scheduled arrival date, but once again, that was fine. The pickup and drop off process was relatively simple. No issues occurred with the car. It was nice to get a solid, no-obligation quote as well. Would use them again if needed.
