Direct Express was very easy and professional to deal with. The quote on the web site was what we paid. The deposit by credit card to Direct Express, and the rest to the driver by money order. The driver was overly optimistic on when he would get to us, luckily I was home but his estimates were not very accurate. He relied on me to tell him whether the car carrier could make it on our street, which I thought was strange. At the last minute we decided to meet at a large parking lot near my house so it worked out fine. There was some slight damage to the wiper on the car upon delivery, which the driver offered to pay for.
