We were put in a position that a lot of people are facing. My wifes grandfather had arrived at an age where his health and mental capabilities would no longer allow him to safely operate a vehicle. The family and he decided it was time for him to give up his keys. We were in need of a vehicle and the family agreed we should have the car but it was quite a distance for us to go pick it up. It would have taken a total of two days to drive there in our car, pick up his car, then drive both cars back home. Time away from work and the cost of gas, or the optional cost of flying one way and driving back, both seemed costly. I checked on transport services and recieved quotes as high as nearly $1,100. Your staff made the process extremely easy and the contracted driver was extremely accomodating to our pickup location and times and even delivered the vehicle quicker than I had expected.
