I'm a 62 year old car enthusiast and demand perfection when it comes to automobiles and expect nothing less when it comes to having a vehicle shipped. I have used Direct Express Auto Transport on two other occasions when I needed to have a car shipped and everything worked out beyond my expectations. I once trusted a dealership to set up shipping of a new Mercedes that I had just purchased and NEVER again (very bad experience)! I most recently had a new Z51 Corvette shipped to my residence in New York State from Indiana and once again Direct Express Auto Transport exceeded ALL expectations - from customer service to communications before picking up the vehicle to the ON TIME pick-up and the ON TIME and SAFE delivery. There was never a question in my mind that my Corvette was going to arrive at my residence better than if I picked the car up myself. I can honestly say that I will Never use another car transport company. The experience was PERFECT!!
