Occasionally, I buy cars online from anywhere in the USA and this was the fourth time that I used Direct Express Auto Transport for one of them. I used to request quotes from various transport companies. After waiting 2-3 days for all the quotes to come in I would find that they were all within $25 of each other, so now I just go straight to D.E.A.T. for their instant quote and save a lot of time. On this particular occasion, pick up of my car in Tampa was delayed by one day due to mechanical problems experienced by the truck driver. But he still got my car to me on time on the appointed day. The truck driver was courteous and agreed to go 10 miles out of his way to deliver my car at my place of work, as I could not get away to meet him at my home address. All in all, a very good experience.
