My overall experience with Direct Express Auto Transport was a very positive one. They were very friendly and knowledgable on the phone and me being in another state and Auto Transport organizing my car pickup was exceptional. They were very prompt on organizing the pickup and delivery of my vehicle. In my situation I didn't have the time to drive my car from Ohio to Tennessee due to work etc so this service was great for me. The cost was very reasonable considering the time I would have spent getting to Ohio to drive the car back and the cost of gas and or any repairs I would have had on the road. Thanks again for all your help and if I ever need to do this again I would use your company and also would refer you to my friends.
