I booked with Direct Express Auto Transport two weeks in advance of the earliest date my car would be available. The trucking company was assigned and they were able to pick up my car on the date I designated as the earliest available. I received a call from the driver the afternoon before, arranging the time.
My car was going to be the last one on the truck, so the driver let me know he was being delayed with another pickup. The driver was polite and courteous the whole time.
My car was inoperable and I was worried the driver would not come down my street to pick up at my house. No problem, the driver googled mapped my address and was able to stop on my street right in front of my house.
The driver was a nice guy and very carefully winched my car on to the truck. There were no problems loading, and no problems during the transport. They actually arrived three days early at the destination with no new damage to the car.
This was the first time I ever shipped a car, and everything went great! I will have no concerns using Direct Express Auto Transport the next time I need to ship a car.
