This was my first experience shipping a vehicle. The auto transporter kept me well-informed of his estimated time to pick-up my vehicle. I am a nurse and had to be at work when the transporter was able to pick up my car. He communicated well with my secondary contact person, and I had no concerns being at work when my vehicle left Florida. According to my secondary contact, the transporter was knowledgeable and professional at all times. When my vehicle reached California, the original drop-off address had changed. The transporter was patient, kind, and flexible while coordinating the new drop-off time and location. My car arrived in the same condition in which it left... a bit more dirty, but this was to be expected. I highly recommend Direct Express Auto Transport, and I will use their services again should I need to ship a car. Thank you very much!
