I've used this company before and had a great experience. My car was brand new and they were able to ship it from Illinois to California very quickly. The car showed up and had no damage whatsoever. It was as if it was in an enclosed truck.
When I needed to bring my car back to Illinois from California, however, they picked up the car on time but were late delivering. It wasn't a big deal about being late, but the fact that I was given a specific time (that I relied on) made things inconvenient. The driver additionally was very rude when I told him that wasn't going to pick up the car at the time he wanted. This was only because we agreed on a time AHEAD of time and for whatever reason he thought differently. The problem with this is that I was very clear with him about the time since I have a very sensitive schedule, but he seemed to show no regard for that. Started yelling at me on the phone and was very rude....
Overall though, the car showed up in great shape, which is all that matters.
