Direct transport have helped me to find a shipment company to ship my car from San Rafael California to Golden Valley Minnesota. However the pickup shipment was not on time, as well as the drop off. supposedly the driver ran into some trouble on the way to California (blew front tire) which made them 2 days behind schedule for pickup, than after the pick up they waited an entire day in Reno Nevada because the one car pick from there was late!!! I understand that "stuff happens" but I guess my issue is that I was no in the picture in terms of being updated by email or the phone.
