This was a surprise gift for my wife, and I asked if they could transport to a different city so as not to ruin the surprise. They changed the location, and gave me a few hrs heads up so I could make an excuse to leave. They were VERY prompt and surpassed all my expectations. Thank you so much for the help!!!
