I frequently move from coast to coast and state to state. This was the first time we decided to use a transport service for one of our vehicles. I wish we would have sent both cars vs towing the other one. The process from online booking all the way through the pick up of our vehicle was simple, time efficient, and worry free. Our driver Ivan was s great guy, showed up at our houses, did a thorough walk through of the vehicle and presented us a copy of all he documented. He then asked us when we would be in Georgia, and said he would call us when he was a few hours outside of our address to coordinate the delivery. When we arrived to our home the car was in our driveway and we completed the process of delivery within minutes. We are definitely using this service again and will never tow our cars again when moving. Thanks Direct Express Auto , it was awesome!
