I worked with Ashly getting information to ship my brother's truck from Hawaii to Texas. I had to ship two vehicles previously. One I used direct auto express and one I used another company. She informed they no longer handled the shipment from Hawaii but could pick it up in California. Matson is the carrier they used before, so it was not a problem to work with Matson. Once the truck reached Long Beach, a driver was assigned and the truck was delivered within 10 days. The driver Rudy, who was assigned the truck was very professional also. AllI can say my experience with direct auto express was not a nightmare like the one I had before when I used another shipping company when I had moved from Hawaii. The first car I sent with the Unnamed shipping company too 2 months to get my car to Florida. The next car we sent 2 months after I left Hawaii reached me in Florida within 3 weeks. That was from the dock on Oahu to my office on the East Coast of Florida. When my brother said he was moving I made sure we used Direct Auto Express and was not disappointing. It would have been nice if they kept doing the Hawaii to mainland part, but I understand why. That was a minor detail. Thanks Direct Auto Express for not making it a bad experience.
