This was the first time I ever shipped a vehicle so after realizing that I was never going to be contacting a trucking company directly, I had to get comfortable with an agency that was aligned with reputable trucking firms. After searching a number of sites and getting quotes, a friend suggested Direct Express Auto Transport.
From the minute I hit the website then spoke with Ashley, I was already getting comfortable with who they were and how they would deliver the service I was looking for. They hit the mark on all counts !
I had a little deadline issue for shipping the vehicle due to my upcoming work travel schedule. I explained to Ashley my situation and was willing to pay rush service to make sure it got to CT from CO as soon as possible.
After paying the deposit, Ashley went to work and within 3 hours the seller called me to let me know they were coming that night ! To boot, 3 days later the vehicle was in my driveway ! Now that was a rush !!
The trucking company (drivers) themselves, called me when they were on their way to make sure a Sunday morning delivery would work for me. Where timely, courteous and good natured. We talked about some of the cool cars they on the trailer as well.
I would use Direct Express Auto Transport and recommend them to all my friends.
