My first available date to pick up my car from Salt Lake City, Ut to Potomac, Md was on a Wednesday. I called on Friday morning to check on the status and I was told they are still trying to book it. I thought since the labor day weekend is around the corner then there is no chance the car will be picked up until the tuesday after since the dealership will be closed Sunday and Monday. I called on Saturday the car dealership to ask them a question and to my pleasent surprise I was informed that the car was picked. The car was delivered in good condition on Tuesday afternoon. The door-to-door price was $895.00 some $200 cheaper than the nearest quoted price. It is the second time I have used Direct Express to transport my car and I wil do it again in the future.
