Review is about Auto Trans Group Inc, the delivery service assigned by DirectExpress.
Car was in good shape, although extremely dirty, and arrived a day after the promised range. The transport driver called to confirm delivery within promised range, but then called at the end of the range to report a delay. This was fairly inconvenient, but the important thing was that the car was ok and did arrive. Customer service is non-existent... called office several times and left voicemails, but didn't hear back (except from driver, days later, at the wrong phone number).
