They were fast getting to my car but that's it and it falls apart afterwards. Driver picked up my Hellcat Challenger and signed a vehicle condition report that stated my car was in new condition and then delivered it to me with a badly marred and damaged wheel.
Driver told me it wasn't his fault even though it wasn't there when he picked it up. STRANGE.
I contacted Mike owner of Direct Express and he just blows me OFF with he needs evidence and pics prior to pick up and blah blah blah, I can tell hes not going to pay a cent, so
If you value your ride STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER I PROMISE HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER WHEN IT COMES TO A CLAIM...I KNOW THIS 1ST HAND.
