This was the first time i used a transport service and I was very skeptical and apprehensive about the whole process. I must say however that I was completely satisfied with the service from the opening phone call to the delivery of the vehicle. The staff at Direct was professional and courteous. The options were explained in detail and the final cost was exactly as quoted. I particularly liked only have to put down a 10% deposit and the remainder of the payment was paid upon delivery. The driver was prompt and pleasant to my daughter when the car was picked up. The driver kept in contact with us and delivered the vehicle in good condition exactly when he said he would. I would have no hesitation in using Direct Express again. Thanks for making a nervous dad very happy.
