This is the first time I have ever had to ship a car so I did a lot of research prior to choosing a company. There are many brokers out there making it difficult to choose but Direct Express Auto had a lot of great reviews. I placed an order online and received a confirmation saying that someone would be in contact with me once a carrier was found. The next day I was slightly nervous of having ordered to ship my car online so I called Direct Express Auto. A kind gentleman on the phone explained the whole process to me, top to bottom and reassured me of everything that I had already researched. Two days later they sent me an email saying they had found a carrier. The carrier driver and I had decided that pick up would be on Friday between 5-7. Unfortunately, he had truck problems and was delayed several hours. We decided that Saturday would be a better pick up. He came early in the morning, we inspected the car together, I signed the Bill of Lading and off he went. Five days later I was in Seattle working downtown. He told me he could be at my home between 11-2. I told him I couldn't be there until after 4pm because I was working. He offered to drop off my car to me at my place of work. We once again inspected the car together, I paid him in cash, and I was off in my merry way! It was a very clean, straight forward experience. I would use them again!
