reliable by all means , the driver who picked up the car was fast and knew what he was doing . on the other side my son was raving about the driver who delivered the car to him . The car arrived in good condition.The cost of transport of the car was reasonable and even less than other companies.I wish i don't move again , but if I do I will use Direct Express again and again. I would recommend this company to anyone moving his car . DO NOT HESITATE !!!
