This is the second time I've used Direct Express Auto Transport to ship a car across the country. Both times I had a great experience. Customer service is terrific and the drivers have been on time, responsive, and a pleasure to meet. I was thrilled with how quickly the car arrived (7 days from coast to coast) and the driver let me know exactly what time he would be deliver the car the day before he arrived. Overall a great experience with both the customer service reps and the drivers.
