I haven't used a car carrier before, and was a little apprehensive about sending my grandson this very nice family car (his first car at 17 years of age). Florida to Arizona isn't a popular route, so I expected to pay a lot more money for this haul. The customer service lady on the phone booking was very patient, and very helpful as well. The pic-up truck driver was on time, loaded my car while we waited, and we signed the paperwork. He said we were the last car loaded, and would be the first car off. He delivered the car on time, and in good condition. We couldn't be happier......and our grandson is OVERJOYED. Thanks for ALL your help, and we mean it sincerely. I don't know when we'll ship a car again, but when we do, we will certainly call DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT. Fred Foreman 4/7/15. P.S.
