This is the 2nd time I am using Direct Express and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Direct express is probably the best in the business and very reliable & affordable. It took me less than 10mins to make the reservation and get confirmation. The drivers are very professional and accommodate reasonable change requests. I moved from a hotel to an extended stay place more than an hour from original location and all the truck driver said was "Sir, please give me your new location" and he delivered in the middle of the recent Boston blizzard - On Time - Amen!
