This was my first time dealing with having a car transported. What a great experience! From customer service, Heather was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. She covered all the important points w/out my having to ask. The driver was courteous on the phone and arrived on time ! Our car was delivered to us in the same great condition it was picked up in , and on time, again ! NO stress!! What a pleasure. I have already sent an email out to our school parent list suggesting they use Direct Transport if in need of safe auto transport.
