VERY SMOOTH TRANSACTION, GREAT COMMUNICATION, I SHOULD HAVE USED THEM AGAIN FOR THE RETURN, BUT USED ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED PASSAGE AUTO TRANSPORT ONLY BECAUSE THEY CALLED ME ON A SUNDAY, THIS OTHER COMPANY ( PASSAGE) DID THE BAIT AND SWITCH, ANOTHER $75 AT DELIVERY,,,,,I WISH I HAD STUCK WITH DIRECT EXPRESS, THEY ARE EXCELLENT AND DON'T RIP YOU OFF THE COST WAS EXACTLY AS QUOTED,,,,PLEASE USE DIRECT EXPRESS AND HAVE NO WORRIES, VERY UPFRONT AND HONEST!
