Our outstanding reputation and thousands of very satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Ricky Hom is dissatisfied with the service. Mr. Hom makes an assumption regarding the drivers zipper. More likely is the car dealer 3,000 miles away hid the imperfection on the presumably used vehicle. We wish Mr. Hom lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
