The drive from Colorado to Florida is a long one that I did not want to make on my own, so I decided to get my car shipped instead. I was a bit anxious when I called Direct Express Auto, but their customer representative Edith was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Since, I was already in Florida, my biggest concern was the pick up, the only person who could release my car to them has a very strange work schedule, so we had to work around him, and Edith was very understanding and made it work.
Although, the pick up was delayed by 1 day from the original date, it was due to blizzard conditions in Colorado and that couldn't be helped. Car was picked up the next day with no issues. I was told to expect my car by the 30th but I got a call on the night of the 28th to be told my car would be here the next day. So even if the pick up was delayed, the delivery time made up for it.
They were also very understanding on delivery place. I live in an apartment building whose parking lot is very narrow and the streets around us are very narrow too, so they worked with me on that as well and we came to an agreement on drop off place.
I am very glad I chose this company, and will definitely recommend it to others who need their car shipped too.
