Excellent service and professional personnel. After receiving my online quote I called Direct Express Auto Transport and talked with Kelly for specific information. She answered all my questions and made arrangements to transport a vehicle from Lakewood Washington to Vienna Virginia. In spite of a major winter storm the car arrived 8 days later without any problems. The car was on an Open Carrier and as expected it had some road dirt because of severe weather conditions. However, I have NO complaints about running the car through a quick car wash because I saved between $250 to $450 compared to quotes from the competition.
