This was my first time using a shipping carrier so I was a little sceptical.I did a little bit of research on internet and found that Auto Transport Direct's quote($650) was cheaper by $150-250 compared to the other carriers. The quote too was given without providing personal information..
I had orginally scheduled the pick up of my car(Mercedes Benz E350) on 08/28 but in time I realized that I had to get it shipped earlier. I called the customer service, explained them the situation and they were very helpful in rescheduling the pick date to 08/23.
The car was picked up on 08/28 morning and shipped to MA in two days flat. The driver explained me the entire process in detail.
