I wanted my car shipped from Austin, TX to Winston-Salem, NC. After looking out and reading reviews for several transporting companies I decided to go for Direct Express Auto Transport. They were prompt in picking up calls & responding. They assigned me a truck with J T Transport Inc based in North Carolina within 3 days of my booking. A day before the pickup driver Steve gave me a call and we set up a time. He arrived on time & handled my car as if his own. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly & professional to the core. I didn''t believe when he called me a day before the scheduled day of delivery saying if I wanted he was ready to deliver my car. I was only thrilled to have my car within a few hours after my arrival in a new city!! The car arrived in the condition we had sent it in. And guess what? It cost me only $700, one of the best rates possible. Thank you Direct Express & I appreciate your excellent service, Steve B!!
