Our entire experience with Direct Express and their carrier/driver was nothing but positive. I was very skeptical in shipping our vehicle across the country but finally decided to contact Direct Express after checking out many transportation reviews. Everything went on time and smooth. Direct Express had a transport truck assigned to our vehicle within 30 minutes of my initial phone call/order. The driver then made arrangements within 3 hours & scheduled a pick up for the following morning. This entire transaction from booking to pick up, took less than 24 hours!!! Our vehicle arrived in Buffalo, New York within 6 days as expected/scheduled and in the same condition as it was shipped. Both Direct Express and Fastlane Auto Carriers of WA should be commended on their honest and professional employees. I feel confident to recommend Direct Express and will not hesitate to use them in the future.
