I couldn't be more satisfied with my entire experience using Direct Express Auto Transport! This was my first experience buying a vehicle out of state( let alone from Ebay!)and I was quite nervous & skeptical. I simply "Googled" auto transporters and Direct Express was the 1st one I clicked. I completed the Instant Quote ( which was wonderful- other companies have you call!) & was immediately relieved to see that their rate would save me more than $300! I also was convinced to use them after reading such glowing testimonials from recently satisfied customers. Direct Express assigned a small auto transport company out of Florida - & Jake couldn't have been nicer! He called the afternoon before he delivered my new van- to let me know that he was close to my home, etc. ( This was 3 days earlier than I expected! Talk about punctual!). He asked how early was too early to deliver my van & drove it into my driveway at 7:30 the next morning! The van was in perfect condition and the total transaction was completely smooth and painless! I would recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone & Jake, too!
