I gave my available pick up date and expected the pickup to be made two or three days after the date. The driver came one day after. The driver was very friendly and had my vehicle to the destination within 4 days. In addition, the driver gave my his cell number so I can keep in touch with him and check on the status of my vehicle, which I think is very nice. I do have one small wish though. I wish that the driver would call me a few hours ahead of time instead of when he was already in my neighborhood. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend this driver (Big Boys Transport) anytime. The driver was assigned by Transport Direct, a broker.
