I was very nervous about choosing a company after hearing of nightmare transport stories from other people- and having a bad experience with another company myself. I chose Direct Express after a recommendation from a co-worker. The service was prompt and very thorough. The people were nice. The vehicle was late, but there was adverse weather conditions and it arrived in fantastic condition, the weather conditions were out of their control. Both the person that picked up the vehicle and the one that dropped it off to me were nice and very knowledgable. If I had to use a transport company again, I would use Direct Express without hesitation.
