Was very pleased with the service provided by Direct Express. I called several times asking questions and spoke to different people each time, and everyone I spoke to was knowledgable and friendly and answered all my questions. I was able to change the Date Available for the car, and was very surprised when I received a call a few hours later that same day to say that a transport was available later that day to pick up the car. Although the car was dirty when delivered, I did not expect it to be clean since it was transported across country during winter snowstorms - some dirt is to be expected! The car was delivered on the day we were told originally. Overall, I would recommend and use this company again.
