This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from across the country & the total experience couldn't have been better. I placed the order on a Tuesday afternoon, stating the vehicle would be available that Thursday. The vehicle was picked up by JET Trucking on Monday with a delivery date of Friday. I can't tell you how psyched I was to get a phone call from the driver, Matt, on Wednesday night telling me he'd be able to deliver the vehicle a day early if I was available.
The car arrived in beautiful condition - hardly even dirty from such a long trip.
Every person along the way, from the customer service gals at Direct Express to the driver for JEL, were courteous, informative & just all around fantastic. I'm so appreciate that they made this process easy. Additionally the price was extremely competitive & their delivery time was less than every other location I'd received quotes from.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
