Mr. Lee of California was assigned a driver on the same day that he entered his order and received his vehicle a few days later. That's exceptionally quick service, and Mr. Lee points out that his issue is not really with Direct Express. There isn't much we can do to help John at this point because he didn't note what appears to be minor damage at the time he received his car.
We are sorry for any inconvenience of Mr. Lee and wish him well in his future endeavors.
