I arranged for this transport for my 1990 Buick Reatta strictly by online means. I did not deal with any customer representative(s) at your office. My only dealings were with the driver of the enclosed transport shipping my Reatta. He was absolutely professional and the car arrived in the condition as expected based on communications with the previous owner.

The delay in receiving the car was due to mechanical difficulties causing the transport vehicle breaking down and being repaired in Amarillo TX, and this occured during transport to TX. Your website did inform me of possible delays that could be encountered.
