Overall this company was GREAT. I was shopping around for different car shipment carriers and found this one to be on my top list right away. The only reason I did not imediatly go with them was because I found another carrier that could guarantee my delivery within a sooner date. When I called Auto Transport Direct and told them this i was put on hold for about one minute and then was told that my car had been assigned to a truck that could pick my car up 2 days before anyone else that I had looked at. On top of that my car showed up in four days, considering it was coming from Tampa, Florida and being delivered to Los Angeles, California, I was extremely happy. In addition, the driver was very friendly, very helpful, and upon meeting him i knew he was knowledgeable and I felt confident in trusting my car with him.
